Social Support Services
OCHD provides Social Support Services to families in our community to reshape the outcomes of emotional distress. Social Support Services assist with promoting a healthy lifestyle while lowering health risks including:
- Emotional, behavioral, and mental health support
- Resources for food and clothing supply
- Medical resources and medication home delivery services assistance
- Assistance to obtain healthcare and financial support benefits
- Resources for home care services
- Resources for addiction, recovery, and homelessness
- Resources for faith-based and Veterans support
- Family support services
- Public health education and COVID-19-related support including isolation and quarantine accommodation.
