The OCHD LHOC program provides FREE cardiovascular screenings (blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, pulse and blood oxygen saturation) and nutritional education.
The program has participated in hundreds of health events and additional venues throughout Ocean County. (Schools, senior living facilities, libraries, fairs, veteran organizations, businesses, government agencies and many more).
We provide this service with many different organizations that service a variety of populations in the County including seniors, faith-based, Hispanic Spanish-speaking, low-income, African-American and homeless communities.
