What does this mean? The OCHD provided education and advocacy to the community on topics such as availability of narcan and drug drop off locations. Enforcement of laws and regulations is done through our police and law enforcement partnerships. Our environmental department does enforce non-smoking laws in local business keeping cigarettes and vapes out of public places.
