Evaluate effectiveness, accessibility and quality of personal and population-based health services. What does this mean?  The OCHD is committed to looking at local data sets to identify needs, gaps and trends.  This is seen in the Ocean County Data Book and the Community Health Improvement Plan where substance use is an important section in that data collection.
    1. Survey primary care doctors, walk-in clinics on their SA and MH screening process
    2. Survey SA providers that service OC on services
    3. Survey OC recipients of SA services for satisfaction
